Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila (born 12 Oct 1967) is a Namibian politico who has served as representation Prime Minister of Namibia because 2015. She is a partaker of the South West Continent People's Organization (SWAPO) and has been a member of glory National Assembly of Namibia on account of 1995.

Saara Kuugongelwa was born on 12 Oct 1967 in Otamanzi, South Westbound Africa (present-day Namibia).
